Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness with Jane or Maxine is a strength and conditioning, “crossfit style” class involving lifting weights, bodyweight movement and cardio. But don’t let any of that scare you! We can adjust things to make it suitable for you, no matter where you’re at on your fitness journey.

Bootcamp

45 minutes of surprise fitness with Ruth. Circuits, HIIT, Boxing? You will have to book in to find out!

Grind

This is a 30 minute express fitness class. You won’t see highly complex movements here, just a good old sweat session to kick start your day!

Boxing

Our Boxing program caters to all levels of pugilism. Bunches of punches is a 45 minute, express boxing class that will leave you gasping for air. Boxing is a 1-1.5 hour session that delves deeper into the “sweet science”.

Late Bloomers

Late to the resistance training party? Not sure where to start? Late bloomers is a low impact, circuit style class which is modifiable to all abilities. 

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Our BJJ program caters to kids and adults of all levels. Primarily in the Gi we offer 2 days of classes a week, along with another 2 days with open mat sessions.
