ABOUT THIS CLASS:
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 4:15pm
30 minute sessions where the kids get to work on boxing skills, improving their fitness and bodyweight strength.
It’s the perfect environment to help build kids confidence, discipline and resilience with the benefit of learning self defence skills.

This is a 45 minute session, it is our express boxing class, where everything is compressed into non stop hard work and sweat.
Don’t think a short class means an easy class though!
You will be put through your paces testing strength, fitness and endurance.
